WHO ARE SAXON PROPERTY GROUP?
Saxon Property Group is an independent property solutions company based in Gloucester.
Founded in 2019, the Saxon brand has now evolved to offer services including property management, flexible living accommodation, and investment opportunities.
Our core business model is very simple. We lease commercial and residential property on a fixed-term basis. Our clients then occupy the property on a license with no security of tenure. This model is not dissimilar to how hotel chains such as the Holiday Inn and The Hilton operate, however, we offer our clients a much more comfortable, flexible, and convenient living experience.
We work closely with insurance companies, relocation agencies, and other organisations to meet all their accommodation needs.

Meet The FOUNDERS
Paul Thomas
Meet Paul, the visionary behind Saxon Property Group. Paul quickly noticed a growing demand for high-end flexible living for the corporate rental sector and seized the opportunity by founding the company in 2019. With an IT background, he's the marketing and systems whiz in the business.
When he's not working on the business, you'll find him geeking out over gadgets, honing his cooking skills, golfing, and hanging out with friends and loved ones in his hometown of Cheltenham.
Andrew Chrysanthou
Meet Andrew, Paul's lifelong friend turned business partner. With extensive property know-how from his time as a lettings director in London, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the table. Naturally, he joined forces with Paul, taking charge of sales and finance, perfectly matching his skills.
When he's not working in property, Andrew enjoys spending time with his young family, going to the movies, and playing football on weekends.
