What if the property market crashes?
Historical data trends show that although corrections occur in the property market, house prices on average double every ten years. With the UK experiencing a housing crisis, and demand continuing to exceed supply, a crash seems very unlikely.
What areas do you invest in?
We currently invest in Cheltenham & Gloucester as we are local to the area. Being originally from Cheltenham we have built up a wealth of knowledge of the town and surrounding areas.
Do you work with investors outside of the UK?
Yes we have domestic and international investors on our books including clients from China, Dubai, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and other countries in the Middle East.
When do I get to see a return on my investment?
This obviously depends on the service. For private investment we typically estimate a minimum term of 12 months.
How do you guarantee a return on my investment?
Being property professionals, we factor in what a property can achieve in terms of the rate return on capital employed during the first year. If not achieved we will make up the difference to keep our promise.
How do you guarantee my rent?
We are able to guarantee landlords fixed rent by using a rent guarantee policy of up to 12 weeks or we can act as a personal guarantor.
